Allen Finnigan is a man on the run.

After stealing a prized thoroughbred horse, Allen is headed north for the payday of his life. But once he comes across a new travel companion, Albert F. Hobbs--a strange well-spoken painter from the east--Allen notices a grizzly murder occurs in every town they pass.

​
